A good size store selling kitchen and household products. It is bright, well decorated and has a big range of products. I went in just to look for a chopping board and didn't have time to linger. The staff on the phone and in the store were super helpful. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the chopping board. The store gave me very good vibes and I would definitely return to have a wander and look at the huge range of products.
I bought something online to click and collect. I was conscious that it needed to be collected and called the store to confirm that I was picking up my order that weekend and they said that would be fine. Two days later with 0 warning I got an email that my order was being cancelled and refunded? I had called the store to confirm and they said everything was fine. Now the item is not on sale and way more expensive. Will not be returning.
I have spent thousands of dollars on so many items with this store and yet they wouldn't even allow me to do an exchange because I bought the wrong knife. There is no customer loyalty with this business. It's just all about money money money and more money. I'll be taking my money to other stores like Amazon instead, where they actually care about customer loyalty.
I bought a Frank Green straw lid bottle online. Had it click and collect at the Box Hill store. I asked the asian girl wether I could exchange it to a different colour. She said it cannot be done that switching to a different colour is a long process that the bottle I bought has to be returned and go through customer service blah blah blah.. What nonsens?? All she had to do was ask me to choose a colour. Also the website says you can shop with confidence because returns and exchanges are so easy. Really???
Have been there a few times and always find what you want at a reasonable price. Bought a meat temp checker as a present and was well received! Would go again and probably soon!
Great range of products as well as some items I haven't seen in any other stores. New big bright store in the old Masters Warehouse building. Easy to move around in as there is more room to move around in than other typical stores of this type. If you are in a wheelchair, pushing a pram etc, much easier to get around in without worrying about bumping something over. I had an issue with an electrical item I bought in the Moorabbin store and they cheerfully changed it over for a good one.
Thought we had a problem with our Magimix, took it here and the store person was extremely helpful. Cost nothing but earned this five star review!
